Depending on where you live, you may have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information as those terms are defined by your state's privacy law.
What we do and do not do
We do not sell your name, phone number, or email address to unrelated marketing companies or lead buyers.
We do use advertising and analytics tools on this website that set cookies and transmit online identifiers to advertising platforms so we can measure our advertising and reach people who have visited this site. Under California and several other state privacy laws, that activity may be considered sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and in some interpretations a sale. We treat it as such so that you can opt out of it.
How to opt out
- Use a browser opt-out signal. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser where applicable law requires.
- Email us. Send a request to compliance@maxivita.io with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” and include the email address and phone number you gave us so we can locate your record.
Other rights you may have
- Request to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we used it.
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Request deletion, subject to exceptions — including insurance and telemarketing records we are required by law to retain.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- Appeal a denial of a request, where your state provides an appeal right.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request. We will verify your identity before acting, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Stopping calls and texts
This page concerns data privacy. To stop phone calls and text messages, reply STOP to any text, tell any agent you want to be added to our internal do not call list, or email compliance@maxivita.io with the phone number. We honor these requests promptly and by any reasonable method you use to make them.
