Maxivita takes its name from the Latin max — greatest — and vita — life. The belief underneath everything we do is that people deserve to live the maximum life: body, mind, soul, and prosperity.
Who we are
Maxivita Insurance LLC is an independent insurance business headquartered in Pensacola, Florida. Coverage is placed through Daniel Wolf, a licensed insurance producer, with national carriers. We are part of the Maxivita family of companies, a sales organization that has spent years building field teams, training programs, and back-office systems across several industries. Insurance is the newest of those, and the one closest to the mission — because a life insurance policy is a promise that a family's plans survive the worst day they will ever have.
We are not owned by an insurance carrier. We hold appointments with national life carriers through a national brokerage relationship, which is what lets us bring more than one option to the same conversation.

Every agent carries a state license and works through a structured onboarding before they ever sit with a client. We built that program ourselves.
